1. The Application

Flagman Content Publisher («the Application») is an internal tool of Flagman used to publish content to social media accounts and YouTube channels owned by Flagman and its projects, and to collect statistics for these accounts. The Application is not offered to the public.

2. Who may use the Application

Only members of the Flagman team and owners of channels managed by Flagman may use the Application. Access is granted by the channel owner through Google OAuth 2.0.

3. YouTube API Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, and information accessed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

The Application may be used only to upload content that the channel owner has the right to publish, and to view statistics of the owner’s own channels. It must not be used to access channels of third parties, to upload infringing content or to violate YouTube Community Guidelines.

5. Revoking access

A channel owner can revoke the Application’s access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation the Application stops accessing the channel, and stored statistics are deleted within 7 days on request.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided «as is» for internal use. Flagman is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, including YouTube.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this page.
