1. About this application

Flagman Content Publisher («the Application») is an internal tool used by the Flagman team to publish content to social media accounts and YouTube channels owned by Flagman and its projects, and to collect statistics for these accounts. The Application is not offered to the public.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information we access

When the owner of a YouTube channel authorizes the Application, it accesses:

• basic channel information (channel ID and title) to identify the authorized channel;
• the ability to upload videos to that channel;
• statistics of videos on that channel (views, likes, comments, watch time).

The Application does not access channels other than those owned by Flagman and its projects, and does not collect personal information about viewers or commenters.

4. How we use the information

The information is used only to upload our own videos and to analyse the performance of our own content for planning purposes.

5. Storage and sharing

Statistics are stored in an internal spreadsheet accessible only to the Flagman team. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to access the authorized channels. We do not sell, share or disclose this information to third parties. Stored statistics are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.

6. Cookies

The Application does not place cookies on users’ devices.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the Application’s access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the email below; data will be deleted within 7 days.
